You must be 18 years of age or older to visit or use the Site in any manner.

By visiting this site or accepting these Terms of Use, you represent and warrant to the Company that you are 18 years of age or older, and that you have the right, authority and capacity to use the Site.

Only genuine account is permitted to publishing the profile & Ads.

Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen image, contents will lead to termination of your account. There are no exceptions.

2. Is there additional setup fee?

4. What is the Billing method of Franchise/Agents?

Billing of services by Franchise or Agents may vary according to the additional work or any other services they provide to the clients. You can accept or reject the services at your discretion after understanding its service details and service charges first.

5. What is the eligibility conditions of online payment refunding?

Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it plans that suit the user.

Orders placed in Userbuyer will not be refunded or cancelled after they are placed.

Misplaced or unpaid orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm payment & relevant details of each and every order or service before placing it.

You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us for any reason. After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it. Orders placed will not be refunded or cancelled after they are placed.

If you file a dispute or charge-back against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders, ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any Services we provided.

You will receive a refund credit to your Bank account if the order is non deliverable due to any cause.

6. Is untrue illegal or misleading information and photos, Links about my profile and ads allowed on userbuyer.com?

No. The user should not provide any image or description that is not genuine, illegal, misleading or inappropriate.The photo and information provided in the user’s profile and ads must be genuine others should not be used. Profile image and other ad images should be original. No illicit, illegal or misleading information, content, images, video and pornography is allowed in userbuyer.com and if it happens, the perpetrator will be responsible for the consequences and damages thereby.

Please do not use more than one profile or duplicate account at the same time or in ads. Social media ids of user must be genuine. Any fake ids not permitted to display in your profile session of your social media information.

Be sure to be honest in all your dealings.

7. How can I confirm the GENUINENESS of the ad's information in userbuyer.com?

Accuracy of the mobile numbers and contact details, and other information provided by the users are not guaranteed by Userbuyer.com. It depends upon various aspects such as the change of users, service providers or user ownership transfer etc. We are not responsible for the same and any inconvenience caused by it. Users must directly check the Genuineness of the contents and information provided category wise in userbuyer.com.  

8. How do I get maximum replies?

To get good responses for your Ad, please ensure the below: -

A comprehensive description: Mention the relevant Ad details such as title/description and ensure to provide complete information such as item specification, size, shape, color, design, etc.

Clear resolution photograph(s): Always upload a clear image showing the item properly. Please ensure that the image is original and reflects the item as described. Do not include any stock or human image.

Competitive pricing: Please ensure to keep realistic pricing for your Ad. It should reflect the market value of the item and correspond to the actual item condition.

Appropriate category: Ensure to post the Ad in the relevant category. E.g. post mobile phone in mobiles and not electronics.

Premium Services: You have the option to opt for paid services such as featured Ad or boost to top. They give more visibility to your Ad & help receive much more responses.

9. What information should be given in the description box of the advertisement?

Answers of questions about the product or service Like What, Which, When, How many, Model, Complaints if any, Condition, New, Used, Key features, Sparingly Used, Bill Amount, Service history, Warranty if any, Current Status, Guaranteed, Old, Original, Damaged, Company name, Brand, Advantages, Scope, Merit, Experience, Service History, Track Record, Availablity, Quantity, Available Time, Location, Route, Holy day, Contact hrs & available time duration, Contact Time and other important details should be included in appropriate manner and its brief description.

10. Why did my Ad get rejected?

Firstly, we apologize for any inconvenience faced due to this.  

To ensure good user experience for both Buyer & Sellers, we keep monitoring the Ads on the platform. The following could be some of the potential reasons why your ad did not go live  

Ban Reason: Forbidden Products & services

There are products &  services Userbuyer does not allow since it may violate the Law or Userbuyer policies. Sellers need to comply with items considered legal or valid for sale in India.

Ban Reason: Invalid price

To avoid false pricing on the platform and safeguard buying experience for Buyers on Userbuyer, we only allow ads that have a realistic/reasonable price for the item being sold. Setting an appropriate price for your item helps relevant buyers t discover your item and contact you to make a deal.

Ban Reason: Bad Title  

While posting an Ad please ensure that you keep the title to the point and related to the item. Do not use any profane words, phone numbers or special characters in the title.   

Ban Reason: Bad Description  

Your Ad should contain all relevant information about the product or service you are offering such as functionality, specifications, measurement, colour, age utility etc. Please note offensive words, religious bias, slandering, phone number (only in case it is different from registered mobile numbers) is not allowed and Ad will be rejected.

Ban Reason: Duplicate Ad       

Your Ad could be rejected if the title, description or image of your Ad matches with another Ad posted in the same city.

Ban Reason: Suspicious Ad 

These are services or products that we do not allow on Userbuyer for legal or ethical reasons.    

Ban Reason: Invalid mage  

It is important that you post Ads with appropriate images. Make sure that the images are real, clear and of good resolution. Additionally, please note that it should not be a stock image, contain any phone number, obscene picture or human images.

Ban Reason: Duration of the paid plan expired. Renew the paid plan if want to continue the service.

11. Why is my account banned?

If you find that you are receiving a notification that your account is banned, this means that you've either breached one of our Posting rules or there is a non-compliant activity as per our Trust and Safety rules relating to your account. Fraudulent activity such as using an unauthorized or stolen image, contents will lead to termination of your account. There are no exceptions.

Business Users in case of Account banned are requested to contact their designated Account Manager. 

12. Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes. If you ever decide that Userbuyer isn’t the best Iisting platform for your business, you can simply cancel your account.

13. Do I need to enter my payment information to sign up?

No. You can sign up and use Userbuyer for 7 days without entering your payment information. At the end of your trial, or when you decide to change your plan, you will need to pick a plan and enter your payment information.

14. How long are your contracts?

All Userbuyer plans are month to month (unless you sign up for an annual or biennial plan.)

15. How will we inform you about changes in our privacy statement?

Any changes we may make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page. Please check back frequently to see any updates or changes to our privacy policy.

Userbuyer.com reserve the right to change these terms of service  or ad rates  at any time without notice. The payment/refund policy stays in effect in the case of rate changes. Userbuyer.com does not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our earliest display for ads or user profile. In this case, we reserve the right to change  service if it is not suitable with company Standards and rules.

Waiver of any provision of the Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by you and Site Owner. Our failure to enforce our rights and remedies available to us with respect your breach of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such breach nor of any prior, concurrent, or subsequent breach of the same or any other provision of these Terms.
